Password Reset Instructions for Recipient Reporting Tool
- If users have wish to reset or have forgotten their password, they can click on the "I forgot my password" link on the login screen.
- Clicking on the "I forgot my password" link will bring users to the "Reset My Password" screen. They then enter their User ID and Email Address.
- If the User ID and Email Address match what SECO Stimulus has on file, users will see the "Reset My Password Security Challenge" page. If users correctly answer the security question, they will be emailed a temporary password.
NOTE - The security question will be one that has been previously selected by the user. "My least favorite song" is only used as an example below.
- After entering the answer to their secret question, users will see this "Password Reset" screen. Users can then use that temporary password to log-in and (re)enter a permanent password.
